ICE, University of Madras - Photocopy/Revaluation of Scripts The candidates who have appeared for the UG/PG/Professional Degree Courses in the ICE Examinations held in the month of May 2003 are informed that the candidates can apply for Photocopy/Revaluation. 1. A candidate can make his/her request for Photocopy/Revaluation within 15 days from this notification provided it is his/her FIREST ATTEMPT in the Examination. By the “FIRST ATTEMPT” is meant, the actual appearance of the candidate as per the schemed of examination in the concerned year/semester. If the candidate fails to turn up for the examination after paying the fee/s, it will be treated as “FIRST ATTEMPT”. The requisition received after the due date will not be entertained, under any circumstance. 2. A candidate is eligible to apply for Photocopy/Revaluation of the answer script for any number of papers in the examination held in May 2003. 3. A candidate who applies for Photocopy/Revaluation of answer script should send his/her request mentioning the SUBJECT CODE for which he/she is seeking revaluation with ENROLMENT NUMBER addressed to “The Additional Controller of Examination, ICE, University of Madras, Chepauk, Chennai-600005” 4. (i) Those who want to obtain photocopy of answer scripts should pay Rs. 250/- (ii) Those who want to apply for revaluation after obtaining photocopy have to apply with a fee of Rs. 400/- per paper for revaluation. (iii) Those who want to apply for revaluation directly have to pay Rs. 650/- per paper. The Demand Draft for the above amounts shall be drawn in favor of “The Director, ICE, University of Madras, Chennai-600005” by mentioning “Requisition for Photocopy/Revaluation/Direct Revaluation”. 5. Those who require the photocopy by post should attach a self-addressed stamped cloth lined envelop of size 40 x 28 cms (with postage stamp for Rs. 45/-) so as to send the same by Speed Post. 6. The marks obtained by the candidate either in the original valuation or in revaluation whichever is higher shall be awarded to the candidate, which shall be final.
