4. Why is foreign capital essential for India's economic development? Critically examine the steps taken by the Government to attract FDI in India.

5. Briefly discuss the nature and dimensions of economic reform measures adopted since 1991. Do you think that these measures have helped in achieving social justice? Justify your answer.
