2. (a) Define the term Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.

(c) Describe the pre-operative and post-operative nursing care of a baby with CDH.

3. Ritu, six years old, has been admitted in Paediatric Ward with the complaints of dyspnoea, tachypnoea, frequent respiratory infections and feeding difficulty. She has been diagnosed as a case of congenital acyanotic heart diiease i.e. ventricular septal defect (VSD)
(a) List the differences between cyanotic and acyanotic heart disease with suitable examples.
(b) Explain the altered haemodynamics of ventricular septal defect.
(c) Describe the nursing management of Ritu using nursing process (4+4+7=15)
4. Raju, four years old, is admitted in the Paediatrlc Ward with manifestation of enlarged hydrocephalus.
(a) Explain the term Hydrocephalus
(b) Describe with reasons the pathophysiology of hydrocephalus.
(c) Describe the priority based post-operative nursing management of Raju.
(d) What health education will you give to the parents of Raju for home care at the time of discharge? (2+4+5+4=15)
