3. Distinguish between tariff and non-tariff barriers to tride. Explain various non-tariff barriers used to restrict imports. (5+15)

6. (a) Identify any ten areas of international trade disputes.
(b) Discuss the role of International Cnambers of Commerce in arbitration and conciliation of commercial disputes. (10+10)
7. Explain the provisions of important international environmental agreements. Mention the type of trade measures laid down in such agreements. Do you feel that they have been generally fair to the special needs of developing countries ? Discuss. (10+5+5)
