1. "Sound organisation contributes greatly to the continuity and success of the enterprise." Discuss. Also explain the principles of organisation. (5+15)

2. Why is study of organisational behaviour required? Explain the individual perspective of the organisational behaviour. (8+12)

3. (a) Discuss the - process of perception with suitable examples.
(b) Describe the major factors which influence perception. (10+10)

4. "Personality attributes of employees are used in understanding the behaviour of employees." Discuss. Explain various personality attributes which influence organisational behaviour. (6+14)

5. Distinguish between financial and non-financial motivators. Critically examine McClelland theory of motivation. (8+12)

6. (a) Describe the factors which influence level of cohesiveness of a group.
(b) Explain the process of development of a group. (10+10)

7 . Explain with appropriate examples, the levels of conflict in an organisation (20)

8. (a) Describe various sources of informal power.
(b) Explain the process of obtaining power in an organisation (10+10)

9. Write explanatory notes on any two of the following : (10+10)
(i) Organisational Development Process
(ii) Management Grid
(iii) Extra organisational factors causing stress
(iv) Significance of communication in an organisation
