1. What are the causes of obstructed labour? List the risk factors and the clinical features of obstructed labour. Describe the partograph findings and management of a case reporting at PHC with obstructed labour. (3+3+4+2+4)

2. Describe the aetiopathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension. How will you investigate and treat a woman at 34 weeks pregnancy and BP of 150/100 mm Hg at PHC? (2+4)

3. How will you prevent Rh-isoimmunization in a primigravida with term pregnancy who is B - ve and - ve indirect Coomb's test, and has reported to you in active labour? (6)

4. What are the indications for Glucose Tolerance Test (GTT) during pregnancy? How will you interpret the test? What are the effects of abnormal glucose tolerance on mother and foetus? (2+2+2)

5.List the causes of preterm labour. How will you manage a woman reporting with preterm labour at 32 weeks? (2+4)

6.How will you differentiate between true and false labour? List the parameters used for monitoring progress of labour. How will you manage first stage of labour? (2+2+2)

7. List the indications for outlet forceps delivery. What are the complications of outlet forceps delivery and how can you prevent complications? (2+2+2 )

8.What are the causes of mucopurulent cervicitis? What is the syndromic management of mucopurulent cervicitis? (2+4)

9.How will you do a post-coital test (PCT)? What are the causes of abnormal PCT? (4+2)

10.What is no-scalpel vasectomy? How does it differ from conventional vasectomy? What post-operative instructions will you give at the time of discharge after no-scalpel vasectomy? (1+2+3)
