10.2 The shaded information are captured by the scanner and the details are transferred to computer for evaluation. Even a small stray Pen/Pencil mark on the sheet will be captured by the scanner which may lead to wrong evaluation resulting in reduction of marks. When changes are to be made in the answer, erase the original pencil shading completely and shade the new small open box. Shade the small open box fully so that the number printed inside completely disappears. Improper shading and light shading are likely to be missed by the scanner, which may result in reduction of marks.

10.3 Important Note: The Question Book in each subject may have different versions. Each question book will have a unique serial number. The candidate must shade and write the question book serial number on the Answer sheet in the appropriate boxes and small open boxs. This is very important, as the evaluation will be based on what the candidates specify on the answer sheet. Any mistake committed in this regard may result in the answer sheet being evaluated against a different set of question.
