The Registration Number assigned in the Hall Ticket should be entered at the appropriate place in the admission application form to be filed with the respective admitting authority later.

Hall Ticket for Entrance Test will be despatched to all eligible candidates who have applied for the entrance exam. If any eligible candidate has not received the hall ticket, he/She can get a duplicate hall ticket from the enquiry office at the following centers:

For getting duplicate Hall Ticket before the entrance examination the candidates are requested to produce an attested copy of a recent passport size photograph (which was taken from the same negative as used for the photo affixed in the Application and Hall Ticket) and any evidence for having applied for the entrance examination like application number / acknowledgement card etc.

The Candidate, if eligible after verification, will be issued with a duplicate Hall Ticket.

8.1 Hall Ticket should be produced at the time of entrance examination and at the time of admission. If the Hall Ticket is lost after the examination, a duplicate Hall Ticket can be obtained on payment of Rs.100/- in the form of Demand Draft provided he/She makes a written request to the Director (Entrance Examinations), Anna University indicating the Registration No./APplication No. and name of the Examination Centre and with an attested photograph (which was taken from the same negative used for the photo affixed in the Application and Hall Ticket).

8.2 Mark Sheet of the Entrance Test will be despatched to the candidates after the publication of results of the Entrance Test. Mark Sheets will be sent within 10 days from the date of publication of results. The mark sheet should also be produced at the time of admission. If the mark sheet is lost, a duplicate mark sheet can be obtained on payment of Rs.100/- in the form of Demand Draft provided he/She makes a written requisition to the Director (Entrance Examination), Anna University, Chennai - 25.

8.3 Payment for duplicate Hall Ticket/Mark Sheet must be made in the form of Crossed Account Payee Demand Draft obtained from any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of The Director (Entrance Examination), Anna University, Chennai - 600 025, payable at Chennai.
