Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2004
Special Announcement

The aspirants may note the following addition/deletion of question papers for GATE 2003 to be held on February 8, 2004

a. A new paper on “Information Technology (IT)” has been introduced

b. The section on “Statistics” in the “Engineering Sciences (XE) question paper is deleted

Candidates opting for IT paper may first verify the eligibility criteria for admission to P.G Courses from various institutions/universities.

2. The institutions/colleges desirous of updating the information given in the GATE 2003 Information Brochure (Chap 4) pertaining to P.G Courses offered by them, and the Institutions/colleges, not listed in the Table 6.3 of the GATE 2003 Information Brochure, are requested to write/fax/e-mail to the Organising Chairman, GATE 2004, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016 by July 31, 2003 (Fax: 011-26581579; email: gate@admin.iitd.ac.in)

The GATE 2004 announcement will appear in prominent dailies on 14th September 2003.
