Admission Notification

Applications are invited for admission into the following courses for the Calendar Year 2008 from the eligible candidates.

BE. / B.Tech (4 Years)
a) Civil Engineering
b) Mech. Engineering
c) Electrical & Electronics Engineering
d) Electronics & Communications
e) Chemical Engineering

Diploma Examination conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training,Govt. of Andhra Pradesh or any examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto, in the branch of Engineering, in which the candidate wishes to seek admission.
Diploma in Automobile Engineering is also equivalent to Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for admission into B.E. (Mech. Engg.) or
Candidates who have completed Section-A or AMIE in respective branches will also be considered for admission into the program.

Interested candidates may (a) Download application form from our website and add Rs. 250/- to the fees as cost of application. (b) Write to the undersigned by designation for Application form and Prospectus by sending Rs. 300/- by Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank inf favour of REGISTRAR, ANDHRA UNIVERSITY payable at VISAKHAPATNAM. The candidate has to write his/her name, address and purpose on the reverse side of the demand draft. The applications can also be obtained by paying Rs. 250/- in cash at the cash counter at the School of Distance Education, Visakhapatnam.

(c) Applications are also available in the Study Centres of the School of Distance Education at (1) Govt. Degree College for Men, Srikakulam, (2) M.R. College for Men, Vizianagaram, (3) P.R. Govt. College, Kakinada, (4) Govt. Degree College, Rajahmundry, (5) Sri CRR College, Eluru, (6) AC College, Guntur (7) Prabhas Degree College, Vijayawada and (8) RG Kedia College of Commerce, Hyderabad.

SBI Challanas, Postal Orders, Money Orders and Cheques will not be accepted.
