Alcorn State University Students take part in program at AU

The Andhra University Departments of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Zoology on Monday bid a farewell to the undergraduate students of Alcorn State University in Mississippi State of United States of America.
The latter were invited to a two month 'Minority Health International Research Training' sponsored by the National Institute of Health. Two of the six Alcorn State University students presented a Powerpoint presentation on the area of their training in 'Neurotoxicology of Lead in Brain'.
MHIRT Director and Alcorn State University Co-ordinator B Rajanna explained the importance of the programme which is related to interaction of drugs derived from plants on selected aspects of diabetes disease.
