AU to hold a conference on 'Health, Psychology and Counseling'

The Andhra University department of Psychology and Parapsychology will hold a conference on 'Health, Psychology and Counselling' from November 13 to 15. Speaking to media, the department head MVR Raju said on Sunday that nearly 300 delegates from India, UK, USA, Switzerland, France, Norway, Pakistan, Uganda and Ethiopia will take part in the conference.

He added that various issues , opportunities and challenges related to psychological health and well being, psycho-social aspects HIV/AIDS, stress and coping, adolescent health, gerontology, quality of life and other health related issued will be discussed.
