New Intermediate Text books released

Books to be sold at Telugu Academy regional centres

A new set of text books meant for science and arts groups and brought out by the Telugu Akademi for English medium students of the first year Intermediate course with changed syllabus have been released. They will be made available for sale at all the Telugu Akdemi regional Centres.

The Minister for Higher Education, D Srinivas releasing the new text books said that the Board of Intermediate Education had forwarded the copies of new syllabus with additions and deletions for all science subjects, except chemistry to the Akdemi in March. He said before the additions and deletions were finalized, they were discussed with the editors and authors. He said the second year Intermediate books for English and Telugu medium students had already been printed and made available.
