Shorlisted candidates list announced; Interview dates announced

The results of the entrance examinations (written test) for admission to different M.Sc., M.Phil., M.Tech., Ph.D., Integrated M.A. & M.Sc and courses offered by S.N.School have been declared on 23.6.08. The short listed candidates for interview for admission to the respective courses have been made available on the University website www.uohyd.ernet.in and all the individual candidates have been communicated in writing. The interviews are starting from 4th July, 2008. The candidates have to make their own arrangements for their stay at Hyderabad and attend to the interview as per the schedule communicated to them at their own cost. They have to bring all the certificates and the hall tickets for verification at the interview. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained by the University.

For admission to MCA, M.Sc., in Biochemistry, Plant Biology & Biotechnology, Molecular Micro Biology, Animal Sciences, M.A. courses in Humanities and Social Sciences and PG for Folk Culture Studies, the list of candidates selected and kept under wait list have been notified on 26.6.08. Admissions for the M.Sc. courses including MCA and M.A. Humanities will be held on 10th and 12th July, 2008 and M.A. in Social Sciences on 11th & 12th July, 2008 . Vacancies left out from the selected list will be filled from the wait listed candidates. The wait list of the candidates for M.Sc and M.C.A. courses will be operated on 14.7.08. For M.A. courses in Humanities and Social Sciences on 15th July, 2008. The admission office is located at DST Auditorium, University of Hyderabad Campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The notifications of these candidates are made available on the University's website www.uohyd.ernet.in and at www.indiaresults.com and individual communications have also been sent by ordinary post to all of them. The candidates selected must come in person for completing the admission by depositing all original certificates and also the Transfer certificate, Migration Certificate and the Caste Certificate in the case of reserved categories etc., and paying the required fees. No proxy will be allowed for completion of the admission.

The wait listed candidates shall also be present in person for considering their candidature against the vacant seats as per the scheduled date and time. No proxy will be allowed for completion of the admission.

The documents namely; Enrolment form, student data sheet, medical declaration which are required to be filled by the candidates to submit at the time of admission along with the Academic and other certificates are also sent to them. These are also made available on the University's website www.uohyd.ernet.in and the candidates may download the forms if they have not received them due to postal delay. The University will not be responsible for any kind of postal delay as was already notified in the Prospectus-cum-application form 2008-09. The University will not entertain any kind of correspondence in this regard.
