University of Hyderabad - Dr. Yellapragada Subba Row Memorial Lecture (2008) Award to Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain

Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain, Vice-Chancellor, University of Hyderabad has been honoured with Dr. Yellapragada Subba Row Memorial Lecture Award for the year 2008 by The Indian National Science Academy (INSA), New Delhi.

Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain, Vice-Chancellor, University of Hyderabad has been honoured with Dr. Yellapragada Subba Row Memorial Lecture Award for the year 2008 by The Indian National Science Academy (INSA), New Delhi.

The award consists of an honorarium of Rs. 25,000/- and a Citation which will be presented to Prof. Hasnain at the award lecture.

Prof. Hasnain, was the former Director of Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics (C.D.F.D), Hyderabad and is presently the Vice-Chancellor of University of Hyderabad. Recently he has been awarded the prestigious Humboldt Research Award 2008 by the Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation, Germany in recognition of his research work.
