Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad - Pre-Ph.D./Pre-M.Phil./Pre-M.S. Supplementary Examination Notification

For candidates admitted prior to 2007 admissions

All the candidates who have registered for Ph.D/M.Phil./M.S. Programme (prior to 2007) are hereby informed that Pre-Ph.D/Pre-M.Phil./Pre-M.S. SUPPLEMENTARY Examinations will be held on 28th & 29th December, 2007 and the candidates may submit their applications along with Examination fee of Rs.2000/- as per the time schedule given below.

Without late fee: upto 05.12.2007
With late fee of Rs.100/-: upto 08.12.2007

The examination fee in the form of a crossed demand draft (Examination fee plus late fee, if any, as stated above) drawn on any scheduled Bank, payable at Hyderabad, in favour of "The Registrar, JNT University" should be attached to the application and submit the same to the concerned :

(i) Principal, JNTU College of Engineering, Anantapur
(ii) Principal, JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada
(iii) Director, IST , JNTU, Hyderabad
(iv) Director, R & D Cell, JNTU, Hyderabad.

Applications received after due date will not be entertained.

DIRECTOR OF EVALUATION

Copies to the concerned Principals, Directors, Heads of Schools, JNT University, Hyderabad, with a request to communicate the notification to the candidates registered for Ph.D/M.Phil./M.S. in their colleges/ departments.

NOTE:

1. Application forms can be downloaded from the JNTU website: www.jntu.ac.in

2. Applications of candidates will be summarily rejected if the prescribed period for completion of their programme i.e., 5 years for Ph.D./M.S. and 3 years for M.Phil. from the date of registration, is over. The examination fee, if paid, will not be refunded.
