Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements
1.All candidates having a three-year/five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade point in the aggregate. 2.The candidates belonging to SC/ST/CW category having a three-year/five-year LL.B. Degree from the University of Delhi or any other Indian or foreign University recognized as equivalent by the University of Delhi with at least 45% marks or equivalent grade point in the aggregate. 3. Relaxation of upto 5% marks in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates will be allowed to the candidates belonging to PH category on the recommendations of the Medical Board.

(1) The candidates appearing in the LL.B. Degree examination or awaiting the results of any such examination are also eligible to appear in the LL.M. Entrance Test, for that particular year provisionally but they cannot be considered for admission unless they produce the proof of their having secured the above percentage of marks making them eligible and other relevant documents as indicated in the prospectus at the time of admission. (2) Rounding off a fraction of marks in not allowed.
