Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University - Admission Notice for M Tech (Nano Science & Technology)

Admissions to be based on GATE Score. Last date obtaining & submitting filled-in application form is July 4, 2008

Applications are invited for making admissions to the two year (full-time) M. Tech. (Nano Science & Technology) programme.

Eligibility :-
M. Sc. (Physics/ Applied Physics/ Electronics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biosciences/ Life Sciences);
BE/ B. Tech. (Electronics/ Computer Science/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Engineering Physics/ Metallurgy/ Material Engg./ Information Technology/ Biotechnology/ Chemical Engg. Or Technology)
Minimum 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree and Mathematics at +2 level is a must.

How to apply

(A) The Admission Brochure-cum-Application form can be obtained from Punjab & Sind Bank, Extension Counter, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Kashmere Gate, Delhi-110403.

(B) To obtain the form by post

(i) An Application in this regard should be addressed to Dean, University School of Basic & Applied Sciences, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Kashmere Gate, Delhi- 110 40 3. The envelope of the application requesting for the issuance of the Admission Brochure must be super scribed at the top as “REQUEST FOR ADMISSION BROCHURE (M.TECH NANO SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY)”.

(ii) The application should be accompanied by a Bank draft of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) in favour of Registrar, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, payable at Delhi. The name, address and phone no. of the applicant should neatly written on the back side of the D.D.

(iii) A self addressed envelope of size not less than 24cms X 30cm should be sent alongwith the D.D. The postal address of the applicant should be written neatly in Block Letters.

(iv) The request must reach the University by 22 June, 2008.

Price of the Admission Brochure-cum-Application Form :- Rs. 250/-.

The last date for obtaining and submitting the filled-in Application Form is 4th July 2008.
