OR A Post Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55 percent marks (50 percent for SC/ST/PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognized institution of higher learning and at least 5 years of teaching/professional/ administrative experience in Open and Distance Learning Institutions (ODLI).
