Eligibility

1. 10+2 or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with a PCM aggregate of not less than 60% and English as a separate subject with 50% in 10 th or 12 th standard

2. B.Sc (Hons) or B.Sc (General) with PCM or E with minimum of 55% marks

3. BE/BTech Degree from IIT or from a college recognized by AICTE and should have passed in the English language as a subject, at either 10 th or 12 th standard or in the Degree/Diploma course, conducted by the Board or any University with not less than 50% marks.

Age:

For (1) Not more than 20 years
For (2) Not more than 22 years and
For (3) Not more than 24 years
on date of admission to the training course

Physical Standards

Medically fit as per the standards set by MS Medical Examination Rules, 2000

Eyesight: 6/6 in each eye without visual aids. Normal color vision. Candidate have to undergo a full eyesight test before applying for final selection

Admission Notification 2004

The first cycle of the course will start from 1st August 2004. The application, completed in all respects along with demand draft for Rs. 500/- in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi should reach on the following addresses on or before 30th June 2004 to IGNOU Headquarter or any of the training institute (xerox copy along with the demand draft in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi should reach the headquarter.
