First class or 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST) [except M.Tech in NMPT – SEE Below in qualifying examination in appropriate disciplines mentioned for each course (M.Sc. Chemistry or B.E. Chemical / B.E. Mechanical / AMIE or equivalent)

Mode of Admission

Admission to programmes will be on the basis of score/percentile obtained in GATE, previous academic record and/or written test (wherever applicable) and personal interviews. Non-GATE qualified candidates may also apply. Their candidature will be considered after GATE qualified applicants have been considered and interviewed.
