Candidates should have graduated in (a) B. Arch / B. Planning or equivalent/ B.E. Civil with 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST) or (b) M.A./M.Sc. Geography, Economics, Sociology or Environmental Science with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
