Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from Academic Cell of the institute by sending a crossed Demand Draft in favour of The Director, Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore, payable at Bangalore only for Rs.400/-, either in person on all working days between 10.00a.m. to 5.00 p.m. or by post along with a self addressed envelope of 24cms x 18cms size bearing postage stamp of Rs.50/-. Last date for acceptance of application in person or by post 11-08-2206 till 5.00p.m. All eligible candidates must attend an entrance examination to be held on 24-08-2006 at 9.00 a.m. in the Auditorium of the Institute. The Admission cards will be issued at the venue of the examination.
