i) Admission to the first year MSW programme is open to the candidates who have passed B.A./B.Sc.,/B.Com./BSW/BBM degree programme of Mangalore University or any other examination recognized by the University as equivalent thereto. Preference shall be given to students having Social Science subjects as their optionals/Major, provided they have secured a minimum of 45% in optionals/Major. However, this minimum of 45% is not reyuired in the case of SC/St candidates and deputed candidates who have served in an approved institution for a minimum period of five years.
ii) The candidates should secure 45% marks in the personality Test and other tests for admission to the programme.
