Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements

Candidates seeking admission to M.Sc. Biosciences/ Environmental Science shall have studied any two of the following subjects - Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacognosy and Environmental Science as optional/ major/ special subjects and also studied Chemistry/ Biochemistry as optional/major/special subject at the under graduate level. However in the case of under graduate programmes where there is one major and two minor/ subsidiary subjects, the candidates shall have studied one of the following subjects - Botany, Zoology, Microbiology and Environmental Science as major/ special subject and the second as the minor/ subsidiary in addition to studying Chemistry/ Biochemistry as minor/ subsidiary subjects.
