The Law Library
The Symbiosis Law College library, with a vast collection of books, journals, periodicals and magazines, is a prime source for legal research for both the faculty as well as the students. Augmenting traditional print resources with expanding electronic sources and technologies, the library offers fully integrated, dynamic environment for conducting legal and law related research. Housed at the ground floor of the Symbiosis Society's Law College building, the library provides the optimum study environment wherein students can conduct their research and study in solitude and comfort.

Computer Laboratory
A first of its kind in the law college has been planned from the current academic year to provide rigorous training and carry out research activities throughout the year to the students and staff. This would also facilitate converting the present bulky library in to a compact one in the near future.
At present adequate computer facilities are provided to the students and all the computers are internet connected and are accessible.

Health Services and Health Insurance
The college requires that all students have health and insurance coverage. The excellent care facilities provided by the Symbiosis Health Care Centre, ensures that the students are adequately protected against sudden health emergencies.

Other Facilities
In additional to the above, the college also provides a modernized, well equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of 550 and conference hall to conduct large scale functions, seminars and workshops.

Admissions are open for 5-year Integrated Degree Programs - Bachelor of Business Administation (BBA) and Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Eligibility: 12th standard exam passed with minimum 50% marks,( with no Back logs ).
Selection Procedure: Entrance examination as well as interview.
Medium of Instruction: English
Pattern of Course: Semester System - Ten Semesters
Examination & Method of Assessment: The examination will be conducted at the end of each semester. Each paper will consist of 100 marks.
Standard of Passing: 35% marks in each head of passing. 50% in aggregate head of passing.
Award of Degree: Degree will be awarded at the end of 10th semester by taking in to consideration performance of all the 10 semesters.

How to apply

Step 1: - Register for SET- Symbiosis Entrance Test, online at www.set-test.org

SET Test date: 5th May 2007
Last date for SET registration: 17th April 2007

Step 2: - After registering for SET,

a) Students are required to obtain the Application form along with Prospectus from SSLC office by paying through either... Demand Draft of 1250/- (The DD has to be drawn in favour of “The Principal, Symbiosis Society's Law College” payable at Pune.; The name of the candidate, SET Id and contact details should be mentioned at the back of the DD.) OR By cash 1200/- (Cash payment will be accepted in SSLC office only between 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.

b) The payment towards the Application form along with Prospectus shall be made on or before 21st April 2007.

Step 3: - Completed application form should reach the SSLC office on or before 1st May, 2007, before 5.00 pm.
