Eligibility Criteria / Entry Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree (under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years of formal education), in any discipline. Candidates with basic people skills and sensitivity towards mental health issues are encouraged to apply. Professionals from people centered disciplines or those with graduate or postgraduate degrees in the helping professions (Social Work, Psychology, Medicine, Nursing, Human Development, Counselling) and now desirous of concentrating on psycho-social care in disaster management are preferred. Sponsored candidates from organizations working in disaster management will be given special consideration.
