Chandigarh's most prestigious Engineering college, the Punjab Engineering College (PEC) had held its 37th Annual Convocation. As many as 395 students obtained their degrees which included a majority of first class degree holders (342). Chairman of ISGEC Ranjit Puri is the chief guest and gave the Convocation address.
