Last Date for Receipt of filled-in Applications : 28-08-2007

Application form and prospectus can be had from The Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar – 608002 on requisition along with a crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, DDE., Annamalai University on any bank payable at Annamalainagar/Chidambaram/Chennai, mentioning clearly the name of the programme for which the application form is required and a self-addressed cover of size 28 cm x 22 cm. Cheques, Money/Postal/Pay Orders are not accepted. Demand Draft should have been purchased on or after 01-042007. 3% of seats reserved for persons with disabilities.

Applications can also be had in Person on cash payment from the Directorate of Distance Education and the following Study Centres of the Directorate. All the Computer Based Programmes are conducted by the Annamalai University Computer Training Centres in Association with HMHEC, Chennai. All the Study Centres except that at Annamalainagar will remain open on all days except Tuesdays & II Monday and all other Public holidays.

Spot Selection for Admission

Spot selection for admission to all Programmes except Health Science Programmes and all Lateral Entry Programmes, will be made at the Directorate of Distance Education and the following Study Centres of the Directorate. The applicants submit their applications along with the necessary original certificates. One set of Xerox copy of certificates, Demand Draft for the prescribed fee and three copies of their recent photographs of 4 cm x 3 cm size. The Spot Selection is provisional and subject to confirmation by the Director (Original Certificates will be returned immediately after verification).

Admission through Post

Filled in applications along with Xerox Copies of Certificates for admission through Post should be sent only to the Director, DDE, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar, Tamil Nadu, Pin: 608002.

In no case, filled in applications should be sent to the study centres. All Correspondences should be addressed to the Director only.
