The Application Form and Information Brochure can be downloaded from the official website of the University. The application form completed in all respects will be received against the payment of Rs.50/-(Rupees Fifty only) by C.U. challan. If required, additional forms may be downloaded. However, Rs.15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) is to be paid by C.U. challan for submission of each additional form.

Forms and brochure can also be procured from the offices of the Secretary, UCSTA, 92, A.P.C. Road, Kolkata – 700 009 and 35, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata – 700 019
