This is Tutor Marked Assignment. There are three questions in this assignment. Answer all questions. Each question carries equal weightage. Please attach the computer output, wherever required.

Question 1.What is an E-mail? Explain the process of opening of an E-mail account.

Question 2. List different kind of computer viruses. Explain how you can protect your machine from computer viruses. If your machine is already infected from a computer virus how you can remove that?

Question 3. Explain how you will handle following problems

(i) Your disk is not reading few files properly.
(ii) The response time on your disk is slow.
(iii) You need to change the video mode video mode of your monitor.
(iv) You need to change your default printer to a new printer, which has been acquired by you recently.

Question 2. i. Create a note using Microsoft-Word for the course CS611 of about five pages. The note should cover all the Blocks of CS611 and should at least contain:

A table with 4 columns, having proper headings and borders.

The pages should have margins as what they are in your blocks. The page number should also appear as they do in your printed blocks.

Proper colors and fonts should be used to give more emphasis on certain points.

Demonstrate at least two arithmetic features and Auto text features of WORD.

ii. Create a table to represent marks of 10 students of BCA Ist Semester and indicate their status (pass or fail).
