This is a project assignment. Answer the following question.
Question 1: Study the following situation in detail and design an E-R diagram and implement the database scheme for them.
A Neworking Solution Company has three different types of groups, each headed by a Technical Manager: (i) The Network Installation Group (ii) The Network Management Solution provider Group and (iii) The Market Research Group. Each Group has about 8-10 members. The company has about 30 employees. Eight of them have specialised in Network Installation, and can be put for network installation only. The remaining employees can be made part of any of the other two groups depending on the work experience/ expertise of the person and the size of the networking project. The projects are acquired by the market research group who submits the proposals with different clients. Once a project is obtained, the Network Installation Group sets up the network and then hands over to Network Management Solution provider group which maintains and updates the networks as per the needs of the client for a period of one year. This servicing contract is renewed every year at a cost (if client desires so). Design the suitable database system that keeps track of various projects of the company and their states (proposal, installation, maintenance, yearly contract etc.), the business generated by the company, salaries of the employees, financial health of company, present assignments of the employees and details of the clients. Implement the system using MS-Access.
