2. Do you think that the nineteenth century Australian Poetry has certain distinctive themes? Classify them with illustrations.

3. Examine The Chosen Vessel and The Drover's Wife as depictions of the lives of women in the Bush.

4. Comment on David Campbell's The Australian Dream as a poem embodying the Australian spirit and tone.
