The candidates who have taken admission during the counselling under SW-1 are informed that cancellation of provisional allotment of seats will be done by the Convenor till 20-09-2006 and no cancellations will be entertained after 20-09-2006. candidates who wish to cancel their provisional allotment shall approach the Camp Officer where the candidates have first appeared for counselling with provisional allotment order, Receipt of Certificates and Fee Receipt issued by the Convenor and a request letter on or before 20-09-2006. The Candidates, whose allotments are kept pending for production of certain certificates, are informed to produce the same on or before 20-09-2006.
