Candidates who have qualified in EAMCET-2006 entrance examination (Engineering stream) and secured 30% marks and above in EAMCET-2006 examination and wish to claim admission under CAP, NCC & Sports categories are requested to send the Xerox copies of their CAP/NCC/Sports certificates( two sets), Xerox copy of the rank card or internet downloaded copy by Registered Post to the Convenor, EAMCET-2006 (Admissions), Sankethika Vidya Bhavan, Masabtank, Hyderabad-500028 on or before 23-06-2006 till 6:00P.M for verification by the respective authorities for their genuineness. In respect of all PH candidates (OC/BC/SC/ST), two Xerox copies of the certificate issued by District Medical Board have to be sent along with Xerox copy of the rank card. Candidates who are claiming more than one category have to send separate covers for each category.

Candidates whose e cases are cleared by the respective authorities shall alone be considered for counseling. Candidates need not send original certificates like SSC Memo, Intermediate Marks Memo etc. Candidates can also submit the Xerox copies of CAP/NCC/SPORTS or PH certificates as the case may be directly to the Convenor at the above address in person if they desire so.
