Information for Educational Institutions

Institutions who wish to get listed or have their information updated on our website may please send in the following information:

• Contact Details (Institution's Contact Address with Telephone Number including STD/Regional Code, Fax, Email, Website URL etc.)
• Affiliation details (Affiliating University, Board Recognition, ISO Recognition etc.). Photo copies of the relevant documents can be enclosed.
• Course Details (Name of the course, Scheme (Semester/Year-wise), Duration, Fee details, certification institution, body which provided approval for the course (Ex: University / AICTE etc.), period of approval provided), Date of starting the course, special features of the course, Admission criteria and general / indicate dates for admission into the course every year
• Admission Notification (The Notification text, newspapers / publications along with dates where the admission notification appeared etc. The last date till when the application forms will be acceted needs to be clearly mentioned)
• Details about the Management (Name of the Society running the institution, Director, Correspondent, Principal etc.), Department-wise Faculty Details etc.
• Campus events and related information (Seminars, Exhibitions, Campus Interviews etc.)
• Alumni information (Previous Students listed batch-wise, their current employment details etc.)
• Press Relases of the institution

You may also consider sending in additional information such as Admission Notifications, Information Booklet etc.

These details need to be sent on the letter head on the Institutions and should be duly signed by the authorized signatory. A declaration that the information is accurate and that Vijay Technologies can make the information available for public access on its website(s) should be clearly mentioned.

These details may be printed on a standard A4-size paper and mailed to us by standard post / couriered to the above address. You may also consider sending the details in a Compact Disk with the information in standard text, document, excel or image formats. We might require the material you send to us for our archieves and hence we could not be able to return back the same.

Institution listings typically take 48 - 72 hours to get reflected in the website depending on the number of requests with us. Please check back on the website after a week days to see if the information is updated in your institutions page in the relevant section. Please call on us in case you feel any information is missing or is not updated. We generally try to communicate back with the institution with the update made on our website(s).
