The Former Vice Chancellor of JNTU, Y.Venkatarami Reddy has been appointed as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) and the order to this effect was issued on Thursday.
He succeeds P.Ramulu who completes his term on July 18, 2005.
