Admission in Deccan College of Engineering and Technology, Deccan College of Pharmacy, Deccan School of Management for 2006-2007

The attention of students is hereby drawn to the notification issued by "DARUS SALAM EDUCATIONAL TRUST" which appeared in "ETEMAAD DAILY NEWS" paper (Urdu) on 3rd October 2006 and in Deccan Chronicle dated 04-10-2006 inviting applications for admission into the Colleges said above from all the candidates including those candidates who were allotted by the Convener of SW-1.

The students are informed that the notification is contrary to the clause 6(A)(5) of G.O.Ms. No. 54 dated 10-5-2006 (as amended) which states that no Management of Unaided Minority Professional Institution shall issue notification and call for applications for admission separately or individually except as provided in sub Clause (11) of Clause (A) and sub Clause (11) of Clause (B), and similar Clause in G.O.Ms. No. 59 dated 26-5-2006 and it is also in violation of A.P.High Court orders in W.P.M.P. No. 17503 of 2006 in W.P.No. 14048/2006 dated 24-8-2006, which authorized the Conveners of EAMCET to make admissions and allotment to the above said Colleges.
