Counseling Notification (HMDAT-2006)

It is for the kind information of all concerned that the process of Counselling for MBBS & BDS Courses for admission to various participating Self Financing Medical & Dental Colleges of Haryana shall start on July 16th, 2006 at 8:00 am. at M.M. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research. Mullana (Distt. Ambala), as per the test conducted (HMDAT-2006) on July 9th, 2006. Please note the following important points.
1. All concerned are advised to check their eligibility as per Prospectus HMDAT-2006 given on page No. 14 & other information guidelines/instructions before coming for counseling.
2. All the candidates are advised to bring their original admit cards at the time of Counselling.
3. Successful candidates (having 400 or above marks in the entrance Test should register themselves on the format available on our website www.asfmch.com before counselling.
4. All original documents and 2 copies of attested photocopies are required to be produced at the time of Counselling.
5. The candidates are required to deposit fee at the time of counselling or latest by 17th July, 2006 at the office of the respective institution, as per details given on page No. 22 of the Prospectus.
6.No separate individual intimation in this regard is being sent.
