Amendment in Counseling

It is for the information of the students and institutes that some amendment have been made in the counseling procedure, which are as under: -
Existing :
A token fee of Rs 2500/- in case of UG/PG Programmes (Rs. 1000- in case of diploma programmes) is to be deposited at the time of reporting in the alotting institutes after various counselings. This token fee shall be forfeited in case of sliding of disciplines or institutes within Institute or from one institute to other. The full semester fee shall be deposited after final admission after the final counseling.
Amended :
After Ist counseling at the time of reporting, the token fee as mentioned in the prospectus shall be deposited. But after the 2nd and 3rd counseling, instead of token fee the full semester fee alongwith the original certificates shall have to be deposited. In subsequent counseling in case of sliding of disciplines within the institute, the amount equivalent to token fee shall be forfeited and in case of sliding of the institute the full semester fee shall be forfeited and the original certificates shall be released by the institute. In case the students does not want to take admission within the State, his full semester fee shall be forfeited but the original documents shall be released promptly. In case of sliding within the State the new institute shall not insist upon the original certificates.
