CENTRALISED ADMISSION PROCESS FOR ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR
M PHARM. : POST GRADUATE DEGREE COURSE IN PHARMACY
(ACADEMIC YEAR 2006-2007)
In pursuance of the order passed by Honorable High court, Mumbai in writ petition (L) no.93/206/27.7.06, the centralized admission process is to be carried out for admission to first year M. PHARM.(2006-2007) in Government, Government aided and University Managed Institutes in Maharashtra.
Honorable Director of Technical Education Maharashtra State, Mumbai has authorized this office to conduct centralized admission process to first year M. Pharmacy P.G. degree course. Rules and information brochure for academic year 2006-07 is available on web site www.dteau.org. The same is available at the institutes listed below on payment in cash Rs. 50/-.
Eligibility conditions:
Candidate who possesses Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from AICTE approved institute with minimum percentage of marks as specified by respective universities for admission to M.Pharm. and qualified GATE score will be eligible for admission to M. Pharm course. The details for eligibility criteria of non-GATE candidate is as per the information brochures (4.0 and 5.0).

7 Admission Round I (for GATE candidates only) as per final merit list at Auditorium of Govt. college of Engineering, Station Road, Osmanpura, Aurangabad by counseling on 11.9.2006

10 Round II (for GATE candidates only) for filling up vacancy at the end of Round I. 18.9.2006

NOTE: The details of Round III and position of vacant sets if any (for non GATE - CET candidates) will be displayed on website www.dteau.org on 22.9.2006 at 2.00 p.m.
The seats remaining vacant (sponsored, non-sponsored, category & universities in Maharashtra State do not have Post Graduate course in Pharmacy) due to unavailability of GATE qualified candidates in first & second counseling round will be filled by eligible non-GATE candidates in Round III by conducting separate common entrance (CET) test by Admission authority. Marks secured in CET will be only considered while preparation of merit list. Details of vacant seats at the end of Round II will be displayed on website.

Filled application form along with attested copies of relevant documents and Demand Draft (particulars given below) drawn in favor of 'Joint Director of Technical Education, Aurangabad', payable at Aurangabad, is to be submitted at the Office of the Joint Director of Technical Education, Regional Office, Post Box No.516, Aurangabad 431005. (Ph: (0240) 2334769, 2334216) by registered speed post or personally on or before 2.9.2006.

2 GATE qualified ; Category: SC/ST ;Rs.300.00
3 Non-GATE; Category: Open ; Rs. 900.00
4 Non-GATE ; category : SC/ST : Rs.700.00
