Semester VI - Paper XIV - Practicals

Practicals:

Identifying weaves and prints.

1. Sewing process:

a) Fullnes - darts, tucks, pleats, gathers, frills and smocking.
b) Decorative stitches.
c) Collars.

2. Garment Contstruction:

a) Girls frock with skirt, yoke and collar
. b) Salwar kameez.
c) Construction of a couple of design for babies dress, girls frock on crepe paper or fabric in small scale.
