Nuclear Physics:
Nuclear model - liquid drop model - nuclear energy - mass defect - Binding energy -
Radio activity - Nature of Alpha, Beta, Gamma rays - Exponential law - Half life period

Elements of relativity and Quantum mechanics:

Electronics:
