5. Integration - Simpson's rule/Trapezoidal method.
6. solving equation by Newton-Raphson's method.
7. Solution of differential equation by Runge-Kutta II order.
8. Conversion from fractional co-ordinates to crystal and orthogonal co-ordination.
9. Calculation of integral parameters - bond length, bond angle and torsion angles of a molecule - given orthogonal co-ordinates.
10. Given helical parameters - generation of helix.
