Job Analysis, Job Description, Job Specification, Role Analysis, the Job design, job evaluation

Chapter III:

Recruitment planning, Recruitment Selection, Placement, Induction Internal mobility, separation

Chapter IV

Training and Development; Need for training and development, Training objectives and strategies, training methods and techniques, Design and organization of training, evaluation of training

Chapter V:

Performance Appraisal Ohiectives, Uses. Techniques, Rater's Concerns, raters errors, Improving accuracy of ratings, appraisal Interview and feedback

Visit to organizations with HRD department to understand recruitment & training activities must he arranged for students
