2. a. What are the characteristics of a good line drawing algorithm?
b. Describe the Bresenham's line drawing algorithm.
3. a. What is Scan Conversion ? Describe various methods of scan conversion of polygons.
b. Describe edge list algorithm for scan converting a polygon?
4. a. Derive two dimensional transformation matrices for rotation, scaling and translation.
b. Develop the transformation for finding the reflection of a point with respect to the line ax + by + c = 0.
5. a. What is a segment? What are the operations on segments?
b. Explain about the data structures used for implementing display tools
6. a. State the 3D transformations for scaling, rotation and translation
b. Explain various coordinate systems in three dimensional viewing.
7. a. What are the important properties required for designing curves and surfaces?
b. Explain few B-splines are useful for surface design.
8. a. What are the various types of parallel projection? Explain.
b. Derive a matrix for general perspective projection.
