l. Littering is increasingly becorning a nation-wide problem. The photograph below depicts the scene in parks and neighbourhoods in almost every town and city of the country. Write a report for the local newspaper about the urgency of solving this problern. : (20)

You and your friend have read a newspaper report on Indian cricket of which the above picture forms a part. Record an imaginary dialogue on the same topic between you and your friend in about 300 words. (20)

3. (a) write a memo asking your employees to suggest various ways of saving electricity at the office. (8)
(b) Write a letter to your friend accepting his/her invitation to attend his/her wedding cerernony. (12)

4. Write a speech in favour of the motion, 'lnstitutes of Higher Education should not be privatised.' (300 words) Also, write a speech opposing the motion mentioned above. (300 words) (10+10=20)

5. Write a review of a film you have recently seen and liked very much for its direction, acting and the theme. (20) OR
Write a review of a book you have recently read and enjoyed for its style and contents.
