1. Explain the different approaches to psychology.

2. What are the applied aspects of psychology?

3. Explain the factors influencing attention.

4. Write briefly about programmed learning.

5. Explain the methods of improving memory.

6. What is multiple response learning?

7. What are concepts? How are they formed?

8. Discuss the merits and demerits of projective techniques.

SECTION B - (3 x 20 = 60 marks)

Answer any THREE questions
All questions carry equal marks.
Each answer should not exceed 1,200 words.

9. Explain the methods of psychology.

10. Write briefly about biological basis of behaviour.

11. Explain different theories of emotion.

12. Briefly describe the different approaches to understanding personality.

13. Explain the nature of intelligence according to different theorists.
