Summer vacation: 01-05-2003 to 15-06-2003 with the exception of days mentioned above, all are working days. Second Saturdays are also working days.

NOTE 1. (a) All General Admissions will be closed on 29-06-2003 and submit hard and soft copies of student particulars to Dean, College Development council, AU on or before 5 July 03

(b) The Colleges are permitted to admit the students in reserved, vacant seats and whose inter results are delayed or passed in instant examinations till 31st July 2003. The hard and soft copies of such students admitted under these categories should reach to the Dean, College Development Council, AU on or before 2nd August 2992.

2. A Lecturer will be relieved for Spot Valuation works related to any University up to a maximum of 15 days in an academic year.

3. The Principals are required to conduct the half-yearly, hope examinations and return the valued scripts within two weeks to the Students and report the same to CDC

4. The Academic Calendar should be followed strictly by all the Colleges and the same should be submitted to the CDC.
