Results to be made available on IIM Websites

More than two lakh B-School aspirants who appeared for Common Admission Test (CAT) in last November will be announced at 3pm today. The candidates can log on www.iimcat.in to check their results or send an instant SMS.
Nearly 2.5 percent or 5,000 candidates will get shortlisted for the group discussions and personal interviews. The list of selected candidates for group discussion and interview for IIMs at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Indore, Kozhikode and Lucknow will be displayed on the website. Candidates can get the scores by keying the registration number and either date of birth or the CAT application number.
The details of the date and venue for the interview would be made available by post as well as on the individual IIMs websites after a couple of days. For assessing results through SMS, candidates should send a message to 57333. The text should CAT-space, the registration number, another space and date of birth.
